Validus Media is a UK-based digital marketing agency working with businesses across the UK, US and internationally. We help brands grow online through web design, SEO, PPC, social media and digital strategy.
We’re expanding and are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to help connect us with businesses that could benefit from our services.
As an Appointment Setter, your role will be to:
- Research and identify potential business clients
- Make initial contact (email, LinkedIn, phone or other agreed channels)
- Qualify interest and needs
- Book sales calls directly into the Validus Media calendar
You are not required to sell services – your focus is purely on opening conversations and securing qualified appointments.
- Commission is earned when a booked and attended appointment successfully converts into a new client.
- Commission is paid once the prospect attends the sales call
- Ongoing opportunities for increased commission based on performance
£25 per qualified appointment that attends.
£50 per successfully converted client.
Realistic OTE: £1,000 – £3,000 per month (uncapped earnings – top performers earn more!).
- Confident communicator with good written and spoken English
- Comfortable reaching out to businesses
- Self-motivated and organised
- Previous appointment setting, lead generation or sales experience is a bonus (but not essential)
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Fully remote, flexible working
